<p>Join us for an unforgettable evening as we celebrate&nbsp;<strong>25 years of innovation, growth, and partnership</strong>&nbsp;at&nbsp;<strong>78th Street Studios</strong>! Enjoy an evening filled with music, food, and community as we honor&nbsp;<strong>Dan Bush</strong>, the visionary owner and developer who founded and grew 78th Street Studios into the largest arts complex in Northeast Ohio.</p>
<p>Known primarily as a destination for fine art, 78th Street Studios has also become a thriving incubator for businesses in product design, publishing, music, and special events. It's the proud home of the&nbsp;<strong>THIRD FRIDAY Art Walks</strong>, a cultural collaboration that started in the early 2000s and now draws about 1,500 visitors each month.</p>
